Flowers:
We have our own floral artist who will be happy to provide flower arrangement for the castle including pedestals, swags and colour co-ordinated table arrangements. We like to use seasonal flowers where possible and can take greenery from the garden. We can do whatever you would like to suit your budget from £50 to £250.
For bridal bouquets we can recommend excellent florists in Oban.

Larger parties/marquees:
It is also possible to hire the grounds of the castle to site a marquee, however, portaloos must also be hired in. As this option also involves hiring the marquee, furniture, kitchen tent etc and larger numbers to be catered for we usually recommend a large firm of outside caterers. Electricity can be run from the castle but there is no access to guests/caterers. The fee for siting a marquee in the grounds is £1000. Children/disabled guests:
Disabled guests are most welcome although unfortunately our stairs are impossible for wheelchair access unless carried. Toilets are located on the ground or upper floors which again makes wheelchair access from the functions rooms impossible unless carried on the stone spiral staircase.
However, please note that the stairs are very dangerous for toddlers who must be fully supervised. The castle also has antique furnishing and limited space, so parties with a large group of children may not find it suitable.

Payment/Cancellation:
The prices on the web site are an indication of the level of our prices. All functions are quoted for individually in writing. On making a booking you will be asked to pay a non refundable deposit of one third of the cost of your function to a maximum of £250. The balance is payable on the day of the function by Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/cash or 1 week before the function with a UK cheque.
Bookings are taken up to 6 months maximum in advance.
