Barcaldine Castle is a non-smoking establishments. You are welcome to smoke in the grounds.

Children/disabled guests:
Disabled guests are most welcome although unfortunately our stairs are impossible for wheelchair access unless carried. Toilets are located on the ground or upper floors which again makes wheelchair access from the functions rooms impossible unless carried on the stone spiral staircase.
However, please note that the stairs are very dangerous for toddlers who must be fully supervised. The castle also has antique furnishing and limited space, so parties with a large group of children may not find it suitable.

The prices on the web site are an indication of the level of our charges. All functions are quoted individually. On making a booking you will be asked to pay a non refundable deposit of £100-200 by UK cheque. The balance of payment is due 1 week before the function by UK cheque or in cash on the day.
